TEAM RYOT AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

Team Ryot is built for people who genuinely connect with Ryot Ink and want to represent the brand in a real, natural way. This is not an automatic affiliate program. Ambassadors are selected based on brand fit, authenticity, activity, consistency, and overall alignment with Ryot Ink.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for people who naturally fit the Ryot Ink world: tattoo culture, alternative style, streetwear, gothic, emo, biker, and related lifestyles. Follower count alone is not the deciding factor. A smaller, engaged audience and authentic fit can matter more than a large following.

WHAT TEAM RYOT MEANS

Being part of Team Ryot means representing Ryot Ink in a way that feels genuine to you while protecting the identity and reputation of the brand. Ambassadors are expected to actually wear, use, and support the products they promote rather than treating the program as a discount-code exchange.

AMBASSADOR EXPECTATIONS

Ambassadors should remain reasonably active, create original content featuring Ryot Ink products, tag or mention Ryot Ink when appropriate, use their assigned ambassador link or code when promoting the brand, and communicate professionally with Ryot Ink. Content should feel natural to the ambassador’s own page rather than forced or overly scripted.

Ryot Ink may periodically review ambassador activity and program participation. There is no guaranteed minimum number of posts unless a separate campaign agreement says otherwise, but ambassadors are expected to remain visibly active enough for the relationship to make sense for both sides.

COMMISSIONS & PERKS

Approved ambassadors may receive a personalized referral link and/or discount code through the current ambassador platform. Commission rates, customer discounts, campaign bonuses, and other perks may vary over time and will be communicated to the ambassador. Commissions are earned only on eligible completed orders attributed through the approved tracking method and may be adjusted for returns, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, or misuse.

FREE MERCHANDISE

Free product is not automatically guaranteed to every ambassador. Ryot Ink may provide merchandise based on campaign needs, activity, performance, content quality, product availability, or other brand considerations. Any gifted merchandise is intended to support authentic promotion of the brand and does not create an employment relationship.

CONTENT & BRAND USE

Ambassadors may create original photos, videos, reels, stories, posts, and similar content featuring Ryot Ink products. Ambassadors may not alter Ryot Ink logos, present themselves as an owner or employee of Ryot Ink, create unauthorized products using Ryot Ink branding, or make false claims about the brand or its products.

By submitting or tagging Ryot Ink in content featuring Ryot Ink products, the ambassador grants Ryot Ink permission to repost, share, feature, or use that content for organic brand promotion with reasonable credit where practical. Any paid advertising use outside normal reposting may be handled separately when appropriate.

CONDUCT

Team Ryot members are expected to represent the brand in a way that does not create unnecessary harm to Ryot Ink, its customers, or the community around it. Ryot Ink reserves the right to remove an ambassador for harassment, hate speech, discrimination, fraud, repeated deceptive behavior, deliberate brand misuse, illegal activity connected to the program, or conduct that creates a serious reputational risk for the brand.

DISCLOSURE

Ambassadors are responsible for clearly disclosing their relationship with Ryot Ink when required by law or platform rules. Gifted products, affiliate links, commissions, discounts, or other material connections should be disclosed in a clear and understandable way.

PROGRAM REVIEW & TERMINATION

Participation in Team Ryot is voluntary and may be ended by either the ambassador or Ryot Ink at any time. Ryot Ink may pause or remove accounts that are inactive, misuse codes or links, violate these policies, misrepresent the brand, or otherwise no longer fit the program. Any unpaid eligible commissions already earned will be handled according to the current ambassador platform rules and applicable program terms.

INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP

Team Ryot ambassadors are independent participants and are not employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives of Ryot Ink Apparel. Ambassadors are responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, equipment, expenses, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM

Ryot Ink may update these policies, commission structures, perks, eligibility standards, or other program details as the brand grows. Significant changes will be communicated to active ambassadors when practical. Continued participation after an update may be treated as acceptance of the revised program terms.

Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Team Ryot members are selected based on brand fit, authenticity, activity, and overall alignment with Ryot Ink—not follower count alone.

By applying to or participating in Team Ryot, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to follow these policies and any additional campaign-specific terms provided by Ryot Ink.
