1. Made-to-Order Products
All Ryot Ink products are created on demand just for you.
Because each item is custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind once an order is placed.
Please double-check your size, design, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please email ryotinkclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
We will review and arrange a free replacement or full refund if the claim is approved.

3. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:
• First, check with your local carrier and neighbors.
• If still missing after 15 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), contact us at ryotinkclothing@gmail.com and we will investigate.
Approved lost packages are replaced at no cost.

4. Exchanges
Because each item is custom made, we cannot offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.
Please refer to our size charts carefully before ordering.

5. Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly.
Changes or cancellations can only be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, the item is already in production and cannot be altered.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
